We take great care in preparing and packing every Velvet Grove order so it arrives beautifully and safely at your door.

Shipping

Delivery Options

We currently offer the following shipping services within Australia:

  • Sydney Metropolitan (Next Day Delivery)
    Go People — $15
    Available for eligible metro areas. Orders are delivered the next business day once dispatched.
  • Australia Post – Parcel Post (Standard)
    Flat rate shipping
    Estimated delivery timeframes:
    2–4 business days within the same state
    3–6 business days interstate

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods.

Order Processing & Handling

Each Velvet Grove piece is carefully checked, wrapped, and packed by hand before dispatch. Our arrangements are designed to travel safely, and we take extra care to protect delicate elements during transit.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Returns & Refunds

At Velvet Grove, each arrangement is thoughtfully designed and prepared with care. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent, while complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

As our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or faulty
  • Is incorrect
  • Is significantly different from the product described

If you believe your order meets any of the above conditions, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

How to Lodge a Return Request

To help us assist you quickly, please email us at hello@thevelvetgrove.com.au with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once received, our team will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, Velvet Grove will cover any return shipping costs where applicable.

Product Variations

Due to the natural inspiration behind our designs, slight variations in colour, size, or flower placement may occur. These variations are part of the character of each piece and are not considered faults.
