Our arrangements are crafted using high-quality faux and dried botanicals, carefully selected for their lifelike texture, colour, and movement. They’re designed to look and feel natural - offering lasting beauty without the upkeep of fresh flowers.

Do the arrangements come ready to display?

Yes. Every Velvet Grove piece arrives fully pre-arranged and styled by a florist. Simply unwrap, place, and enjoy - no arranging required.

Will the arrangement look exactly like the photos?

Each design is created to closely reflect what you see online. Due to the nature of floral materials, there may be slight variations in colour, size, or flower placement. These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece feel considered and unique.

How do I care for my faux florals?

Our arrangements are designed to be low maintenance. We recommend keeping them out of direct sunlight and gently dusting or using a cool hairdryer from a distance to keep them looking their best.

Are your arrangements suitable for gifting?

Absolutely. Velvet Grove pieces make thoughtful, long-lasting gifts for birthdays, housewarmings, celebrations, or simply to mark a moment. Many of our designs are beautifully packaged and ready to gift.

Do you offer custom arrangements?

At this stage, we do not offer custom designs. Our collections are thoughtfully curated to suit a range of spaces and styles, allowing us to maintain consistency and quality across every piece.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. Sydney metropolitan orders may be eligible for next-day delivery, while standard shipping typically takes 2–6 business days. Full details can be found on our Shipping & Returns page.

What is your returns policy?

As our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Will you restock sold-out designs?

Some designs are part of our core collection and may be restocked, while others are released in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind pieces. We recommend joining our Seasonal List to be notified of restocks and new releases.
